Randy Wood is in charge of the church website - design, maintenance, and content; and also is in charge of the web videos - pre-production, production, and post production. His passion for computers started in the mid 1960s when he got a job as a computer operator using Unit Record Equipment (punch cards) and mainframe computers like the IBM 1401. He taught himself desktop computers starting with IBM's 8087 series computers, and progressing through those DOS 2.20 days all the way to Windows 7. He also has limited Linux experience. He is currently (in addition to the weekly video processing) in the process of completely redesigning the website for 2011.

Randy is from Cleveland, Ohio, and has been involved with the church since he joined in 1997. He also is currently a member of the Church Ministry Council. He is married, and is 65 years old. (66 after March 9, 2011). He is retired. Click here for Randy's personal website.

Tommy Payne is in charge of the house mix sound board, the computer projection equipment, and is also serving as cameraman. He also sets up the microphones and lighting, runs the cords, dusts the soundbooth, and almost every behind the scenes task that needs to be done. For a 23 year-old man who has been coming to Victory since 2007, he has developed a real servant's heart.
