Victory Christian Academy is an integral part of Victory Christian Center of the Assemblies of God. As such, we believe that every child has the God-given right to expect love, kindness care, and protection. We recognize each child as a unique gift from God and we pledge to show God’s love through our words and deeds. Every child is special, each with different abilities and needs. These abilities and needs will be facilitated and met through an environment designed to help every child develop to their fullest potential. Our Licensing

Victory Christian Academy is licensed by FLOCS (Florida League of Christian Schools) located in Lakeland, Florida, and complies with the Department of Children and Family Services requirements. We are also a school readiness provider through Community Coordinated Care for Children.

Hours of Operation

We open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am and close at 6:00 pm. Kindergarten hours are as follows: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.The preschool and before and after care program are only closed for major Holidays: New Years Day; Presidents Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day, and the day after; and Christmas, and the day after.

Our School

We accept preschool students’ ages Infants to 5 years old on a full time and half day basis. We have a great Kindergarten program for students who turn 5 years old by September 1st 2010. We also have a wonderful before and afterschool program for school age children ages 5 to 11 years old.

Our Teachers

All of our teachers have experience and special training in early childhood education. Staff members are selected for their ability to nurture children and provide appropriate experiences that fosters development. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement requires that all employees undergo a fingerprint clearance by the Federal Criminal Justice Data Center. All staff members are also encouraged to be certified in First Aid and CPR at all times.

Our Curriculum

We use the ABeka Curriculum and the Creative Curriculum both of which supports the following areas of development: Social, Emotional, Cognitive, Physical, Spiritual, Language and Literacy, Music and Movement, Social Studies, Math, Art, Social and Personal skills, and basic Biblical concepts.
